Whether you own a photography business, a gift shop or a service business such as a hair salon, you can't simply mail a pretty direct marketing piece or have beautiful packaging and call it a day. Sales makes the world go around. I hear many small business owners say they don't like to sell. How can we stay in business if we don't like to sell? Enhancing our clients' lives with our products and services is such a fun thing for everyone on our team. How lucky are we to be able to do what we love and make people happy at the same time? I truly believe our products are such a great way to help people cope with this economy!

When she handed it to me, it brought back so many memories of this past fall when we went to Chicago to the American Girl Store. As a special treat, we packed up the kids and made a special day of it, shopping, lunch and ear piercing (for the dolls). When we sat down in the pink restaurant with every detail perfect on the candy striped table, the server told us that the napkin rings were pony tail holders for the girls to KEEP! Oh my gosh. Talk about two excited little girls!
