I forgot my password. How can I find it or reset it?

Click on the "forgot my password" link and it will be emailed to you. Be sure to check your SPAM / junk folder in case our email address is not on your safe list.

Where do I login to the Pantry?

The Pantry is our member's only section for Cafe Joy members. From the home page of The Joy of Marketing website, sign in to your account. You will see the sign in section on the right column of the home page. Simply use your email address and password you have set up for your account when purchasing from The Joy of Marketing. You'll then see a link where that log in box was that says Cafe Joy access. Click there and you have access to the Pantry.

Why doesn’t Café Joy have zip code exclusivity?

Café Joy membership is continually in flux, therefore it would be impossible to track membership by specific area. The ideas and strategies we teach and provide can be interpreted in many ways specific to your particular business.

I’d like to learn more from Sarah. How can I do this?

Sarah has limited her speaking schedule to be home with her small children. However, the best way you can learn more from Sarah is through our monthly membership program Café Joy. Click here to learn more.

I purchased a downloadable product and it didn’t get emailed to me. How can I access it?

Any downloadable product is located in your account. Here is how to access it:  Login to your account at www.thejoyofmarketing.com using your email address and password. Then, click on the My account link on the right column of the page. You’ll see a white tab in the center of the page that says files. Your downloadable products are all available in this tab.

I'd like to become an affiliate for The Joy of Marketing. How can I learn more about your affiliate program?

Currently, our affiliate program is only available during our events. However, we’re in the process of developing an affiliate program for all of our products at The Joy of Marketing.  Email us at info@thejoyofmarketing.com and we’ll be sure to let you know when our affiliate program is ready.

I’d like to speak at one of your events. How can I be included?

We require that all speakers in our events have a database of at least 10,000 names, references from previous speaking engagements and preferably sample audio / video of you speaking.  If you meet these qualifications, please send an email to info@thejoyofmarketing.com along with the required information above and we will be in touch regarding future events.

I’m trying to order something on your website and my order won’t process. How can I order?

Call our studio at 217.787.9070 Tues – Fri 9am – 5pm and we’ll get it processed for you. Or email us at info@thejoyofmarketing.com. Likely the billing address on your credit card does not match the address you entered into the shopping cart, therefore our system can not take your order.

How do I cancel Café Joy?

Just send us an email to info@thejoyofmarketing.com and we’ll cancel your membership.
